Carmel Gallery
Tucked away in one of Carmel's many historic courtyards, The Joaquin Turner Gallery is an intimate bohemian gallery in the spirit of Carmel's early art colony. The artist owned and run gallery is designed and decorated to give visitors the feeling of stepping back 100 years to the days of the city's fledgling bohemian art scene when local artists welcomed the public into their creative dwellings. Come in, meet the artist, and explore Joaquin's unique vision of the area's dramatic landscape.
In addition to original works by Joaquin, the Joaquin Turner Gallery also features important Early California and Southwest artists, including William Keith, Percy Gray, Charles Rollo Peters, Francis McComas, William Ritschel, Will Sparks, Marion/Elmer Wachtel, Jo Mora, Armin Hansen, Ernest L. Blumenschein, Hanson Puthuff, Raymond Dabb Yelland, Mary DeNeale Morgan, Giuseppe Cadenasso, Orrin White, Thomas Hill, S.C. Yuan, and more - please inquire for current inventory.
